教学目标:
1、能听懂、会说、能认读下列词汇:
leader, soldier, Germany, play.
2、能听懂并会用下列句型谈论著名人物:
Who was he/she?
He/She was….
He/She was a….
3、了解本课动词的过去式。
4、通过了解名人事迹,立雄心,树大志,为实现自己的理想努力学习。
重点:
词汇和语言结构的理解和听说。
难点:
本课动词过去式的掌握。
教学方法:
对话练习 游戏 情景教学法
教学具准备:
单词卡片、多媒体课件。
教学过程:
一、Warm up.
1、Review the words. (Use the word cards)
2、举例:2名学生和课件图片。
Who is he/ she? He/ She is…. He/ She is a ….
3、告诉学生is / was的区别和用法。
二、Lead in.
1、出示名人图片(居里夫人和白求恩),练习was 的句型:Who was he/she? He/ She is …. He/ She is a ….
(通过询问学生两位伟人,既复习了本单元所学重点句型,又导入本课的学习。)
2、课件分别呈现雷锋、哈丽雅特和爱因斯坦的图片,练习本课句型。
(1)课件呈现雷锋的图片,练习以下句型:
Who was he?
He was Lei Feng.
He was a hero.
He always helped people.
(2)课件呈现哈丽雅特的图片,练习以下句型:
Who was she?
She was Lei Feng.
She was very brave.
She helped her people and her country.
(3)课件呈现爱因斯坦的图片,练习以下句型:
Who was he?
He was Lei Feng.
He was a great scientist.
He loved maths and science.
(4) 让学生看课本活动三的内容,听句子,选择正确答案并连线。
三、Listen read and tick.
A. 出示孔子图片,介绍孔子,让学生说出孔子名言。
B. 逐句出示讲解句子,同时介绍其中的短语和动词过去式。
C. 让学生读出句子。
D、完成短文后面的练习。
E.领读、全班齐读。
F. 完成拓展练习。
四、介绍莎士比亚。
This is William Shakespeare. He lived in England. He wrote many great plays.
五、Practice
利用课件中不同的人物练习巩固所学词汇和句型。
